Our Remodeling Process

First Step

Gather as many photos and sketches or ideas you have together so we are able to get a feel for your dream remodel/addition. Determine what kind of budget you are thinking of and how you are going to finance it.

Next Step

Call or email us and we will talk with you about your remodeling needs and answer any questions you might have.

In Home Consultation

We come to your home to discuss your ideas and budget along with answering any questions you have. The meeting can take from 1-2 hours and there is no charge to you. At this time we will take some site measurements and photos.

Second Meeting

We'll present a written preliminary estimate with recommendations outlining options for your project.

Contract & Construction Schedule

Once you approve the contract, Pheasant Run Construction will set a construction schedule.

Change Orders / Additional Work Orders

Sometimes a home owner wants to add or change part of the project and sometimes the building codes require a change. Change orders are considered addendums to the contract and may affect the completion date and contract amount. Change orders are done in writing and need to be signed by the home owner and Pheasant Run Construction.

Completion

Pheasant Run Construction will set up a walk through with you to identify any outstanding items that need to be addressed as your project nears completion. A final check list/punch list is compiled and the items will be scheduled to be resolved.

One Year Follow-Up

Pheasant Run Construction will call or email you to see how the project is a year after completion.
