We had an outstanding experience with Pheasant Run Construction.  We are very thankful for the work that they did on our home.  The outcome is wonderful.  Their work is quality.  They are very knowledgeable and good at problem solving.  We appreciate their attention to detail and their effectiveness at coordinating subcontractors.  We feel that they were very efficient with their time.  We liked it that they were willing to listen and then explain the process clearly to re-assure nervous homeowner (as needed).  We appreciated when they communicated their work schedule plans.  When the deliveries of some materials were delayed they still kept other work moving forward to keep the project on track.  They were trustworthy and good at following through, even on small tasks.  There is an art to doing this work and in our experience they showed us that they clearly have a gift for this.  Undergoing construction isn’t easy, but if we were to do it again and we would only hire Pheasant Run.  We love the results of our remodel.

I cannot say enough about this company. They told us their bid price and did not waiver. They gave us an estimated time frame and stayed within it. They had an excellent relationship with their sub contractors, which makes all the difference. The subs showed up and went out of their way to do the job right. The hand made wood molding is exquisite and beyond all my expectations. They were not loud and did everything possible to make us happy and comfortable during the addition. In a giant addition there are always things that go wrong. When they did, Pheasant Run fixed the problem no questions asked. The customer is always right with these people, which is rare to find today. They never give you the run around. I rejoined Angie’s list in order to spread the word about Pheasant Run. They are already working on two of my neighbor’s houses.
